Title: Studio Manager

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark 

Working Hours: Part-time, 21 hours/week 

Compensation: Based on experience plus pro-rata paid vacation

Position Overview:

The Studio Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction, administrative support and ensuring a comfortable and productive working environment for all staff. The role is responsible for the general management of the Copenhagen office, ensuring it’s always running smoothly and looking on-brand. The Studio Manager takes the lead on front-of-house and customer service, and supports both the Publishing Director and Chief Financial Officer with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities: 

· High-quality, helpful and polite customer service on a daily basis, working with Publishing Director to improve overall customer experience. 

· Front-of-house service for the Copenhagen office space, overseeing its service contracts, supplies, repairs, renovations and general upkeep.

· Ad-hoc administrative support to Publishing Director and Chief Financial Officer, including remitting invoices, reconciling receipts, and managing petty cash and company credit cards.

· Managing company calendar: scheduling key dates for production and launches, and sending reminders and weekly memos to relevant staff members. 

· Overseeing the company’s IT operations, including troubleshooting, subscriptions and onboarding new employees into company systems. 

· Lead on soft services in Copenhagen, organizing staff celebrations, office supplies, decorations and catering.

 

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion. 
  • Great problem-solving, interpersonal and multitasking skills. 
  • Equally comfortable with working independently and being part of a team. 
  • Organized and structured with an eye for detail.
  • Comfortable using e-mail, social media, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Drive, and able to quickly learn new software.
